Pulse PEMF Warranty Information
WHO IS COVERED
The Pulse PEMF warranty applies to the original purchaser, beginning at the time of delivery. The remaining life-span of the warranty may be transferred if the original purchaser transfers ownership of the machine during the lifetime of the warranty.
WHAT IS COVERED
Pulse PEMF will, at its discretion, either repair or replace system components without charge for defects attributable to materials or workmanship. Failed parts will be replaced and replacement products of parts will be warranted for the term of the original warranty.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
This warranty does not include damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, unauthorized modifications, and/or external causes such as acts of nature. It also does not cover excessive wear and tear or damage due to water, dirt, or debris on the device or accessory.
WHEN IS IT COVERED
The warranty period for products purchased after February 2021 starts at the time of delivery and lasts three (3) years for new machine products and three (3) years for new accessory products purchased and two (2) years for reconditioned machine products and two (2) years for reconditioned accessory products. For earlier purchases, please consult the warranty document provided to you at the time of purchase.
